Our LKS2 pupils have been busy in DT this week, developing their food preparation skills and having lots of fun along the way!

They practised important techniques such as the claw grip and bridge hold to cut safely, explored a variety of textures, smells and flavours while tasting healthy foods, and even had a go at peeling.

After carefully evaluating the ingredients, the children designed their own sandwiches before making them with great care—and of course, enjoying every bite!
