During the visit, children had the opportunity to discover more about the violin, learn about the benefits of playing a musical instrument and hear about the opportunities available through Durham Music Service. On Monday, pupils at St Bede's Catholic Primary School, Darlington, welcomed Maria from Mission Together. Maria introduced the children to the charity and shared how it supports communities around the world. Pupils learned about the important work Mission Together carries out and how helping others can make a positive difference.
