A huge congratulations to our wonderful St Bede’s choir, who delivered an absolutely incredible performance of “Mother Knows Best” at the Darlington Mayor’s Song Contest last night! Their hard work and talent truly paid off as they were awarded a fantastic 2nd place!
The judges were full of praise, commending the choir for their excellent delivery, clear and confident singing, and their ability to tackle such a challenging song together as one. The sound they created was outstanding, and everyone at St Bede’s is bursting with pride.
A very special thank you goes to Mrs Derbyshire and Mr Morgan, whose dedication behind the scenes has been invaluable. Their commitment, passion and countless lunchtime rehearsals have helped this brilliant group of children flourish. We are incredibly grateful for the energy and love they pour into our school community.
