Our Year 4 children have been having a fantastic time in music this week as they learned to play the glockenspiels alongside our new song, Love What We Do!
The class has been exploring how to perform the piece in a 4/4 time signature and in the key of C major, developing their confidence in identifying notes, keeping a steady pulse, and playing in time with the music. They have also been practising how to find notes independently and even had the chance to improvise their own rhythms, creating patterns that fit perfectly with the tempo and tune of the song.
The enthusiasm, focus, and creativity from Year 4 have been fantastic — brilliant music work, everyone!
