St. Bede’s Crowned Regional Choir of the Year 2026!

We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news with our St. Bede’s community… WE WON! 

Today at The Glasshouse in Gateshead, Mrs Derbyshire and her amazing choir delivered a truly outstanding performance and have been officially crowned Regional Choir of the Year 2026! Their hard work, passion, and stunning vocals completely blew us away.

This achievement is a testament to the commitment of every singer involved — from the hours of rehearsals to the teamwork and dedication shown throughout their journey. The entire school community couldn’t be more proud.
